At Pure28Nutrition.com we sell only the highest-quality supplements. If for any reason an item your purchase does not meet your personal standards or needs, we will happily exchange it, or give you a store credit or provide you with a full "no questions asked" refund.

Return/Store Credit / Exchange & Replacement / Refund Policy:

All purchases at Pure28Nutrition.com are covered by our 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee. Replacements, exchanges, store credit, or refunds will not be processed after 30 days of delivery date. Only one opened package per single order is eligible for return. All other items in the order you wish to return must be in a factory-sealed container in order to be eligible for return, exchange, store credit or refund.

If you received a damaged product, we will send you a replacement at no charge to you. (We do not want you to return damaged products).

How to Request a Retail or Wholesale Store Credit / Exchange & Replacement / Refund:

To request a Store Credit, Exchange, or Refund, please use the Customer Return Process outlined below within 30 (thirty) days of delivery date. Customers will be responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was defective or arrived in damaged condition. A return authorization (RMA) will be issued for you to include with the return of the product for unused and factory sealed products along with a shipping return address.

Customers can elect to have a product exchanged, be given a store credit or initiate a refund for the original amount paid. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method when purchased, after your product has been received and processed by our warehouse.

Step-By-Step Procedure:

  1. Log into your account on the nutragen.com website, then go to "My Account".
  2. Go to "Completed Orders", then click "Return Item(s)" next to their item.
  3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
  • Quantity to return
  • Reason for return
  • Return action (store credit, replacement, or refund)
  • Comments
  • Click "Submit Return Request"
